AuroraCalm turns your screen into a living northern-lights sky - and puts you to sleep under it.

The sky is not a video. Every frame is raymarched on your device over real elevation data, so nothing loops and you never see the same night twice. A looping video slowly turns into a screensaver: your eye finds the seam and cannot unfind it. There is no seam here.

Eight worlds, each with its own terrain, water and colour. The mountains brighten and darken with the sun's real position wherever you are - an evening in Reykjavik does not look like an evening in Zurich. The moon shows its actual surface, the water underneath picks up the light above it.

Around the sky: 20 sleep sounds you mix yourself, a breathing exercise that runs over the live scene, sleep tracking, and an alarm that wakes you with a slow sunrise instead of a noise.

Runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Android phones and Android TV - same worlds, same night, very different machines.
