BatesKit stamps continuous Bates numbers across a folder of litigation PDFs — ABC-000001 onward, no gaps — plus confidentiality legends and exhibit labels, then runs read-only QC on the same files: metadata, redaction (dark covers, white boxes, invisible ink), privileged or sensitive content, production QA (numbering gaps, duplicates, page geometry), and reconciliation of your index or privilege log against the assigned ranges. Everything runs in your browser; files never leave the device, which is what makes it usable for documents under a protective order. Each batch ships with a manifest CSV and a Summation-style load.dat. Free for one file up to 25 pages with every feature enabled; unlimited is a one-time $19, a licence verified offline against a public key compiled into the page. No account, no subscription.
