Before You Build is a free tool for web designers, freelancers and small agencies who sell websites to local businesses.
Pick a US state, a city and a niche (roofers, plumbers, HVAC, landscapers and more). You get:
How many people search for that niche in that city each month
What a click costs on Google, and how strong the competition is
The weak Google Maps listings: businesses with no website, a Google profile nobody claimed, or under 10 reviews
Every figure shows its source (DataForSEO) and the date it was read.
Your first check is free, no sign-up: you see 3 businesses in full. The full list comes by email as a table and a CSV, with a Google Maps link for each business. You can also get an alert when a new business without a website shows up in that niche and city.
