Chat Buddy

Chat Buddy is a hosted AI chat widget you add to your site with one line of code or a WordPress plugin. It learns from your web pages, PDFs, product CSVs, JSON files, or WordPress and WooCommerce content synced by the plugin.

It answers only from that content, with exact product names, prices and stock. When something isn't covered, it says so instead of guessing and logs the question on a "knowledge gaps" list in your dashboard.

It can also:

• capture leads and take booking or callback requests

• take orders in chat (Pro and Business; payment is handled outside the chat)

• hand conversations to your team, with optional working hours

• call your own API via custom webhook skills

You set the persona and allowed topics; everything else is declined. Customize logo, colors, launcher icon, light/dark mode and welcome message. 44 widget languages, and replies can follow the visitor's language.

The dashboard offers conversation history, analytics and email or Telegram notifications. Data is hosted in the EU, a GDPR DPA is part of the Terms, and the widget is always labeled as AI.
