About Claude Usage Monitor

Claude Usage Monitor is a free, open-source browser extension (Chrome and Firefox) that shows every Claude.ai usage limit in your toolbar: the 5-hour session window, the combined weekly limit, per-model weekly caps like the new Fable 5 cap, daily Claude Code routine runs, and paid extra credits, each with a live countdown to its reset.

A color-coded badge tells you at a glance whether you can keep working or need to pace yourself, and desktop alerts warn you at 80% and 95% before you hit a wall. Usage history with a trend line shows how fast you are climbing, with export to JSON or CSV.

No account, no API key. It reads your existing Claude session the same way the official settings page does, with read-only requests. No data leaves your browser: no analytics, no telemetry, no servers. The full unminified source is on GitHub under MIT, so you can audit every line that runs.
