About EU Withdrawal Manager
EU Withdrawal Manager by PsDevs keeps online withdrawal requests, physical returns and refund tracking connected inside PrestaShop. Registered customers and guests can identify their order, select eligible products and quantities for full or partial requests, review their declaration and explicitly confirm it.
Merchants follow each case through return, inspection and refund tracking, with notifications and case history. Monetary refunds are processed through the merchant's payment provider or bank, then recorded in the module.
Version 1.8.0 has separate downloads verified for nine exact PrestaShop versions across 1.6.1, 1.7.x, 8.x and 9.x. Check the product page for exact compatibility and PHP requirements.
EUR 69.99, one-time purchase: perpetual license, one production and one associated staging installation, perpetual updates and six months of scoped support.
