About MyPlate

MyPlate is an AI calorie counter app for iPhone. Point the camera at your plate and it tells you what is on it: calories, protein, carbs and fat. If the food is not in front of you, type it instead and get the same numbers back.

Most food tracking apps make you hunt for a barcode, then choose between nine versions of grilled chicken. This one just looks at the meal. That is the difference between an app you download and an app you still open in March.

It works as a food tracker for weight loss, for maintenance, or for anyone tracking macros who is tired of guessing portion sizes. Your meals stay on your phone, and you never have to make an account.
